Do you know what Tenoning Machine is

Woodworking machine tool for processing wooden tenon (male tenon). Tenoning machines are divided into straight tenoning machines and dovetail tenoning machines. The former is divided into two types, single-head and double-head, and the latter is divided into two types, vertical and horizontal.

The single-head straight tenon tenoning machine has 4 to 6 main shafts, each driven by a separate motor. The 6-axis tenoning machine has 4 stations, and the configuration of each axis is: 1 circular saw axis, 2 horizontal milling cutter axes, 2 vertical milling cutter axes, and 1 middle groove milling cutter axis, which are used for cutting. End and milling of tongue, shoulder, middle groove. The distance between the cutter shafts can be adjusted, and the workpiece is clamped on the movable worktable and pushed to each cutter shaft for processing by hand.

Double-head straight tenon tenoning machine is actually a combination of two single-head straight tenon tenoning machines located on both sides of the workpiece for simultaneous tenoning at both ends. The workpiece is compressed on two synchronously running crawler feeding devices to feed to the cutter shaft. The width of the tongue and groove can be adjusted by moving the movable column. This kind of tongue and groove machine has high productivity and is suitable for mass production.

Dovetail Tenon Tenoning Machine Used to process through dovetail tenons or semi-hidden dovetail tenons. The dovetail milling cutter is mounted on the vertical spindle, and the two sheet material workpieces are clamped on the worktable perpendicularly to each other. The worktable moves along the profiling "U"-shaped trajectory, and at the same time, the yin and yang dovetail tenons are processed. There is also a fixed worktable, and the tool axis moves in a "U"-shaped trajectory.
